Barkers Creek Heritage
The Barkers Creek name originates from Barkers Creek, a mountain stream flowing from the Bunya Mountains through to the fertile South Burnett region, where many of the Barkers Creek pigs are grown and produced.
Barkers Creek Pork is specially prepared to provide your customers with a guaranteed consistent product. Following on the success of Moisture Infused pork in the USA, Barkers Creek Premium Pork range has been developed specifically for the Foodservice/Wholesale market.
The portion control product range was initially launched to a limited market of customers in Brisbane in April 2004 and has since expanded down Australia’s eastern seaboard. We have now expanded this offer, by delivering a chilled whole primal product to the Foodservice/Wholesale market.
