Ratatoulille Csabai
Ingredients

2 x 125g Hans Csabai, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 red capsicum, sliced
2 green zucchini, sliced
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 can of peeled tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped basil
2 tbsp olive oil
Cracked pepper and salt

Method
  • In a large pan or skillet, heat olive oil and saute  Hans Csabai, onion and garlic for 2 minutes
  • Add zucchini and continue tossing for a further 2 minutes
  • Add peeled tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Stir through basil and seasoning and serve with side dishes of summer salad or potato mash and crusty bread
