Barkers Creek Cooked Traditional Pork Shanks are hindquarter hocks, subtly flavoured, tipped to stand on a plate as a significant centre of plate opportunity. Slow cooked to an internal temperature of 72°C for 6 hours to achieve a tender, juicy and tasty pre-cooked product.
Suggested Usage:
Thaw Shanks in refrigerator and heat in microwave, oven or grill. Serve with vegetables, salad or rice.
Storage:
Store below -18°C. After thawing, store below 4°C after consume within 24 hours.
